Membership and Use of Reward Points

1. Upon successful registration, members will automatically become permanent members (LV1 Sugar VIP).
2. Please note that reward points earned from retail stores and the online store cannot be combined. Thank you for your understanding.
3. Reward points are valid until March 31st of each year and will be automatically cancelled upon expiration. Points will be automatically credited to the member's account upon order fulfillment (shipment completion). No points will be issued for cancelled or returned orders.
4. [Definition of Net Payment Amount] The calculation of "accumulated spending for membership upgrade" and "spending thresholds for free gifts/store credits" is strictly based on the "net payment amount" after deducting all discounts, coupons, and store credits. Shipping fees are excluded from this calculation.
5. [Birthday Privileges Terms] Exclusive birthday e-coupons will be automatically issued by the system to eligible member accounts on the 1st day of the member's birthday month. Members must complete registration and provide their birthday month information at least one month prior to their birthday month. If a member registers, updates their birthday information, or upgrades their membership tier on or after the 1st day of their birthday month, the birthday privileges for that current year will not be re-issued, retroactively granted, or exchanged for cash. The relevant birthday privileges will only be available in the birthday month of the following year.
6. For any cancelled transactions or refunded purchases, the corresponding reward points, upgrade progress, and free gifts earned from that specific transaction will be automatically deducted. If the accumulated spending falls below the required threshold due to refunds, the system will automatically adjust and downgrade the membership to the corresponding tier.
7. The membership tier is valid for 12 months from the date of acquisition or upgrade (effective from April 1, 2026). If the accumulated net spending reaches the specified threshold within the membership validity period, the membership tier will be renewed for another 12 months.
8. Exclusive offers for different membership tiers cannot be used in conjunction with one another.
9. Membership points and account privileges are strictly for personal use by the registered member only. They are non-transferable, cannot be split, and points from different accounts cannot be combined. If any abuse or improper use is discovered, Choi Fung Hong reserves the right to terminate the membership at any time and seek compensation for any losses incurred due to the violation.
10. Membership points and transaction records are subject to the system records of Choi Fung Hong. Choi Fung Hong reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
