Refund Policy

Payment/Exchange and Declaration

1. All transactions are paid in Hong Kong dollars.

2. Macau customers should pay the extra delivery fee from HK to Macao to the forwarder by cash on delivery.

3. Goods replacement is available with a valid receipt within 7 days of purchase only if the goods fulfill all the following circumstances:-

1. the goods are not in good condition, and such condition is not caused by non-manufacturing faults, including but not limited to the natural characteristics of the material causing discrepancy on the item and exhibits or photo; defect due to any human factor (such as alteration, assembling or improper use etc.), or other external or environmental factor, and/or fair wear and tear occurred under normal use;

2. the goods are in a saleable condition with the tag intact and in its original packaging; and

3. the goods are not the discounted items or gifts.

Goods are only can claim a replacement once and no refund is allowed.

1. Choi Fung Hong does not provide guarantee of refund or replacement for any counterfeit, expired, defective, damaged or used goods that is not purchased through any means other than the official channels of Choi Fung Hong.

2. Delivery service is only available by ordering on website. There is no delivery service for in-store purchase.

4. Choi Fung Hong reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions without prior notice and has the final decision in case of any dispute.
