Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Time and District

1. Delivery Time: Monday to Saturday 12:00nn – 7:00pm

2. Order placed before 6:00pm will be delivered within 4-7 business days.

3. If Black Rainstorm Signal or No.8 or higher Gale or Storm Signal cancels before 11:00am, delivery will be resumed at 2:00pm.  Otherwise delivery will be delayed for 1 working day. Delivery will be rearranged for Tung Chung, Airport, Ma Wan, Park Island, Sai Kung, Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island and Macau.

4. For Islands District such as Peng Chau, Mui Wo, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island, etc., goods will only be delivered to local pier. Customers must pick up the order at the pier.

    

2. Delivery Fee

1. Free delivery service available when single order amount equal or greater than HK$500.

2. For orders under HK$300, HK$60 delivery fee will be charged.

3. For orders from HK$300 to $499, HK$30 delivery fee will be charged.

4. An extra HK$130 delivery fee will be charged for the destination Discovery Bay.

5. An extra HK$100 delivery fee will be charged for the destination Airport (only Passenger Terminal). Goods will not be delivered to other area of the Airport.

6. Any parking fee, container Terminals charges, or relevant fees occurred during delivery are liable by the customer.

7. Extra delivery fee will be charged for Macau delivery.  The fee is charged from HK$50 or above, depends on the weight of the goods.

8. Only one single delivery address or destination for each single order.
